I had a fantastic experience staying at this homestay and felt like I was part of the family. The location was perfect for me, as it was off the main strip and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It still had all the facilities I needed nearby, but it felt more authentic and peaceful. The design of the homestay was really cute and had a lovely atmosphere. The beds, although hard, were surprisingly comfortable for sleeping. The bathroom was spacious and modern.

The only downside for me was that the rooms didn't have fridges, so I couldn't keep anything cold. However, this wasn't a big concern for me.

The room was brand-new and spotless, the location was stunning. Everything was perfect, I had fine stay, see u next time.

This homestay was absolutely mind-blowing! The owners were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Even though they didn't speak English, we could easily communicate with a translator if needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly soft and cosy, making for a comfortable night's sleep. The location was perfect, with stunning scenery and a small town just a short drive away. The food at the homestay was jaw-droppingly delicious. if I ever come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Friendly Homestay for a week during my trip to Ninh Binh Province. From the moment I arrived, Twa and Juan greeted me with a warm hug, which was a lovely gesture. The place is only a year old and the owners are constantly improving it, with plans to build more units and a swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with a beautiful shower. Despite not speaking English, the owners' daughter was always available to assist through phone calls and texting. The owners truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a great stay. They even helped shop for our food and sang karaoke with us until the early hours. The value for money is unbeatable and I highly recommend staying here.

I always stay at this amazing homestay. The staff is helpful , and the amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and a kitchen are perfect. It has everything I need, including laundry and a swimming pool. Can't wait to come back for my next trip!

Great facilities - clean room, comfy bed, peaceful pool area. Lovely garden with fruits. Friendly and funny hosts who helped with travel. Motorbikes and bicycles available to rent.

This homestay is located in a quiet area close to the big pagoda and all the tourist places around. It is also conveniently close to activities, making it a great base for exploring. the hosts are friendly and always ready to help or advise you for everything. the rooms are comfortable, with modern bathrooms. the service is excellent and the breakfast is tasty. the homestay offers facilities like scooter rentals and a swimming pool.

The kindness of the staff was really good. They were always there to meet our needs and were very helpful in planning our next move. Despite their limited English, they managed to communicate through Google Translate and made check-in easy. The room was perfect, clean, and the AC worked very well. The location was great, away from the main tourist areas but still within reach of attractions. The free bike and good rates for scooters were a plus. we had a cozy and comfortable stay at Friendly Homestay.
